LANGHORNE: The ‘Skins lost to the Jaguars tonight ending their 2016 season. We want to thank the Coaches and players who worked so hard this season. We also thank the N Club for everything they do behind the scenes to support the team and let’s not forget all the faithful fans who came out and cheered each and every week.

Special shout-out to all of our Seniors as they leave Heartbreak Ridge field for the last time. Always remember that you were a part of the legacy of Redskins Football – may these memories always remain in your hearts.

Best of luck to the Jaquars in their playoff run.

Faces in the Crowd

I ran into this pack during half time and they were happy to pose for this shot. In retrospect I realize the importance of this shot, especially on the night of such a painful loss. This photo, featuring players from the 2011 through 2015 teams, brings to mind the deeper meaning of what being a Redskin is really all about. These young men worked hard together to become better players, but more importantly, better people. Being on the team taught them responsibilty, sacrifice and the importance of teamwork. That is the real winning Legacy of the Redskins and no one can take it away.
