The Marching Band will be kept busy this fall with performances at Neshaminy Football games. As well as participating in a full schedule of Marching Band Competitions as we join the USBands circuit throughout the fall season. We will host our own 32nd Annual Kaleidoscope of Bands Show on Saturday, October 18.

In our 2025 production, “I MATTER.”, explores the states of matter, Solid, Liquid, and Gas, and how they relate to the human condition. The show begins with an originally composed introduction featuring Flute soloist Addison Velez and the Saxophone section. The introduction gives a visual overview of the different states of matter. In part 1, we dive into the solid state of matter. Earth by Imogen Heap was arranged for this this movement. Solid presents itself as full, a foundation, stable, and can vary in sizes. With Solid, we connect our human condition to the idea of being full realized person. Not only strong physically, but also strong mental. We express confidence, trust and a strong will to do whatever we set our minds to. As we transition to liquid, we demonstrate the smooth, flowing, and flexible nature of this state of matter. We perform a medley of three pieces, Riften Wed by Julie Giroux, Little Blue by Jacob Collier, and Ocean Eyes performed by Billie Elish. Through these arrangements the performers will showcase the emotional nature of being human. How emotions can come and go, and understanding and accepting our emotions for what they are as we reach the climatic point with Julie Giroux’s Riften Wed.

We close our show with Imogen Heap’s Last Night of An Empire. Gas is our last state of matter for this show. Gas presents as a free state of matter taking up space wherever it goes. We connect to this state through stepping to place that we  elong and being able to get comfortable with the uncomfortable. We also connect with the power to influence wherever and belong we are or want to, because...” I MATTER.”
