2025 Coaching Staff
Head Coach Nick Felus: Coach Felus is entering his first year at Neshaminy as the Head Football Coach. Coach Felus previously served as the Head Coach at Penn Cambia High School for six years. In his six seasons at Penn Cambria. He directed the program to a 43-26 record. In 2024, Felus led the Panthers to a historic season. Penn Cambria finished with a 14–1 record finishing the regular season undefeated (10-0). They were crowned District 6 Championship, LHAC Champions, and made an impressive run to the PIAA Class 3A state semifinals. Felus was named Coach of the Year by the Altoona Mirror, Tribune-Democrat and District 6 Coach of the Year by the Pennsylvania Scholastic Football Coaches Association.
Prior to Penn Cambria, Coach Felus was the Head Coach from Altoona Area High School 2016 to 2019 where they competed in the WPIAL and Mid-Penn Conferences respectively. Prior to Altoona, Coach Felus served as the Offensive Coordinator and QB Coach at Coatesville High School under Head Coach Matt Ortega for seven years The Coatesville program was extremely successful in those seven years. In 2012 Coatesville had a record setting season, winning the District 1 Championship and advancing to the PIAA State Finals in Hershey.
Coach Felus graduated from Lock Haven University where he played football, and holds a Master’s Degree from West Virginia University. Coach Felus resides in Langhorne, with his wife Katelyn and three children: Kloe (14), Olivia (6), and Lucco (4).
2025 Season Varsity and JV Coaches
Defensive Coordinator: Coach Cohen (Neshaminy 1988) is entering his 1st season on The Neshaminy Football staff as Defensive Coordinator. Coach Cohen spent his last 6 seasons at Morrisville High School where he served his first 4 seasons as Defensive Coordinator and the last 2 seasons as Head Football Coach going 15-10 winning back-to-back District 1 Championships. He also spent 6 years serving as a football coach at Conwell-Egan Catholic HS and 6 years prior, as a football coach at Bensalem HS. He is currently employed as The Supervisor of Operations at Morrisville School District and resides in Langhorne with his wife April and dog Cooper. Coach has one son Brandon (26), who’s currently The Special Teams Coordinator at McDaniel College and a graduate of King’s College, where he was a 3-Time All-MAC & All-Region Tight End. Coach Cohen is extremely excited for this incredible opportunity to be able to return and coach at his Alma Mater, Neshaminy. “GO SKINS”
Coach Kevin Blair
Defensive Backs: Coach Blair is entering his first season on the Neshaminy football staff. He has been coaching varsity football for 15 years on the defensive side of the ball and spent the last six years coaching in the role of Defensive Coordinator. Coach Blair is a 2001 graduate of Council Rock High School, where he played football and basketball, and a 2005 graduate of the University of Delaware. He is currently a Personal Finance teacher at Lower Moreland High School and lives in Langhorne with his wife, Sarah, and their three amazing children, Shea (11), Rylan (8), and Collin (3). Coach Blair is excited to be part of the Neshaminy culture as the Defensive Backs coach for the 2025 season.
Coach Tony Dragani
Linebaackers: Coach Dragani played football and graduated from Central High School (Phila). He coached and was President of the Bucks County Bears A.A. for 10 years and coached for the Penndel Wildcats the last three. He has coached Varsity football for 20+ years including Bensalem HS and the last ten at Conwell Egan H.S. as Assistant Head Coach and Defensive Coordinator winning three District 12 Championships and two City. He has joined the Neshaminy Staff to coach Linebackers and Co Coordinate. Coach recently retired after 40 years in law enforcement to enjoy his amazing family including three sons and 4 grandchildren. He is grateful for this opportunity to join the Skins Family!
Coach Ed Mitchum
Defensive Line: Coach Mitchem is a 2012 graduate of Albright College in Reading, PA where he was a 4-year letterman on the defensive line. He has been on the coaching staff since 2018 where he has coached defensive line and outside linebackers. During that time, he has also served as a 5th grade teacher and head wrestling coach at Maple Point Middle School. He lives in Norristown with his wife, Kaitlin, and their two children—Madilyn (4) and Cameron (1). Coach Mitchem returns for the 2025 football season to lead the defensive line.
Coach Ed Place
Defensive Backs: Ed Place returns to our football staff as a defensive assistant after rejoining the staff in 2019 as a receiver’s coach. He retired as a Neshaminy Health and Physical Education teacher in 2018 after over 30 years of service and holds a Master’s degree from The College of New Jersey. Ed coached football at The College of New Jersey (23 years), Delaware Valley College (1 year), Bensalem High School (7 years), and Neshaminy High School (10 years). In addition, he coached Neshaminy
High School baseball for 7 plus years. Ed rounds out his experience with nearly 16 years of high school track and field coaching experience for girls and boys. Both of Ed’s daughters graduated from Neshaminy and he currently resides in Langhorne with his wife, Diane.
Coach Jacob Kelly
Offensive Line: Coach Kelly is entering his 3rd season on the Neshaminy Football coaching staff. Coach is a 2018 Neshaminy High school graduate and a 2022 Penn State University graduate. Coach Kelly played Offensive line for the Redskins and served as a senior captain for a league winning 2017 team with a 10-2 record. Coach Kelly is grateful and humbled to be coaching the offensive line at a program that means so much to him. Coach currently teaches business education at Neshaminy High School.
As a Neshaminy Redskin. Jacob was selected for a 3D Award , SOL National Conference 3rd Team O, Golden Teams HM, Roger Grove Scholarship recipient, 2017 Mini-Maxwell Award recipient as well as Captain of the 2017 team
Coach Dan Kelly
H-Backs | Tight Ends: Dan Kelly is a graduate of Temple University with a degree in Health and Physical Education. He has been a Health and Physical Education teacher for 24 years. He has been teaching in the Bristol Township school district for the past 19 years. Dan has 29 years of coaching experience most of them with Neshaminy. Dan is married to Dawn Kelly, who has recently retired as principal at Carl Sandburg Middle School. They have a 27-year-old son, Hunter, and a daughter, Sienna, who will be a sophomore this fall at The College Of New Jersey. They reside in the Neshaminy School District.
Coach D'Andre Pollard
Running Backs: Coach Pollard is entering his first season on the Neshaminy football staff as the Running Back coach. The prior two years he was the Defensive Coordinator at Morrisville High School, as well as coaching the Running Backs and Linebackers. He is a 2015 Neshaminy High School graduate who played Football and Track and Field. He was a former Captain in Football where he won a District Championship in 2013, numerous individual awards, and is the school’s All-Time leading rusher. Following graduation, he attended Villanova University to play collegiate football and received academic honors, finishing with his Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology. He currently does contract/data implementation for a healthcare company. He is engaged to his Fiancé Lauren, and currently resides in Bristol, PA.
D'Andre was selected 2013 1st Team AllState . He amassed Career 4558 All Purpose yards and 54 All Purpose TDs. He was named PA Football Sportwriter's AAAA Player of the Year and Bucks County Courier Times Golden Teams Player of the Year.
Coach Mason Jones
Wide Receivers: Coach Jones is entering his 2nd year coaching at Neshaminy. Prior to joining Neshaminy’s staff, he was the Offensive Coordinator and Quarterbacks/Running Backs coach at CR North for two seasons. He is a 2017 graduate of Neshaminy High School where he was a 4-year varsity letterman and 2-year team captain at the quarterback position. He was the starting quarterback on the 2016 football team that finished the regular season undefeated with a record of 10-0, earning the SOL National title. He played football at the University of Delaware and graduated with an Honors Degree in finance in 2020. He also earned his Masters Degree in Finance
from the University of Delaware in 2021. In 2020, Coach Jones established his own Quarterback Training business (mjqbtraining@gmail.com). Currently, Coach Jones resides in Langhorne and works for General Motors.
Mason was 3-time all-conference selection • Bucks County Courier Times Player of the Year in 2016 • Mini-Maxwell Award recipient • he completed 380 of 680 passes for 5,432 yards and 55 touchdowns • set school single-season records for passing yards and touchdown passes and career marks for passing yardage, completions, and touchdown passes
Coach Bryan McGinty
Wide Receivers: Coach McGinty is a 1992 Graduate of Neshaminy High school where he played football, Basketball and Baseball. Coach is a 1997 graduate of Lock Haven University and a 4-year letterman as a receiver. Coach McGinty has coached football at Neshaminy, Council Rock South and Maple Point. Coach is a Health and Physical Education Teacher at Bucks County Technical High school for 25 years. Coach currently resides in Langhorne. Coach enjoys going to watch his daughter play field hockey at East Stroudsburg university and watch his son Jake play Basketball at Delaware Valley University.
Bryan was honored as the 1991 Mr. Redskin and was selected on the Suburban One League 2nd team O for WR and Punter and on the Suburban One League for 2nd team D. He also played in the 1992 BC All Star Game.
Coach Ray Kelly
Administrative & Statistician: Coach Kelly has a 54-year career in education, 41 of those as a Neshaminy Teacher, Coach, Athletic Director. Assistant Principal, Principal and has over 37 years of coaching experience in a variety of sports. Coach Kelly was hired by Harry Franks to coach in the District. He was one of the founders of the Lower Makefield Football Association. Coach Kelly was also a co-founder of the Neshaminy Football Hall of Fame. Coach Kelly would like to express his appreciation to Coach Nick Felus for including a volunteer octogenarian on his staff. For 53 years, Patty, his wife, has supported his efforts to nurture Neshaminy athletes.
Coach Nick Rapciewicz
Administrative & Statistician: Coach Rapciewicz is entering his 6th year on the Neshaminy football coaching staff. He grew up in East Windsor, NJ and attended Hightstown High School where he graduated in 1994. He also has a degree in Business Management. He has resided in Langhorne for the past 13 years with his wife Tiffany. They are the proud parents of their daughter Isabella. She is going into 12th grade at Neshaminy High School. He is grateful that Coach Wilmot has given him the opportunity to be a part of the wonderful tradition that is Neshaminy Football.

Trainer Justin Lewis
Athletic Trainer: Justin is entering his 6th year as the athletic trainer at Neshaminy High School. He first came to Neshaminy in November 2020. Originally from Boiling Springs, Pa, he attended Boiling Springs High School. He received his Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training degree from Waynesburg University where he worked with many collegiate teams such as Waynesburg University’s football, basketball and soccer teams as well as Waynesburg Central High School teams. He and his wife, Emily, reside in Feasterville-Trevose. They look forward to cheering on all the Neshaminy teams this year!y teams this year!
