The Marching Band will be kept busy this fall with performances at Neshaminy football games as well as participating in a full schedule of Marching Band Shows throughout the fall season. We will host our own 28th Annual Kaleidoscope of Bands Show on Saturday, October 24, 2020.
In our 2020 production, Rock Through the Ages, we travel back through the storied history of rock music. From the psychedelic 60s, through the punk rock bands of the 2000s, we perform a variety of crowd favorites spanning many genres and styles. Our show opens with the powerful sounds of Queen’s Bohemian Rhapsody. This quickly changes style into the rocking beat of Kashmir by Led Zeppelin. After that trip through the 70s, we step back to the 60s for a beautiful rendition of the Simon & Garfunkel classic tune, The Sound of Silence. Continuing our journey through the ages, we blast forward to the 2000s as we play Welcome to the Black Parade by My Chemical Romance. As the show rapidly switches songs and decades to an exciting conclusion, we also hear from the likes of 3 Doors Down and a-ha, before coming back to where we started with more music from Bohemian Rhapsody. Just when you think it’s over though, there may be a special encore in store just for you…
We are proud to present the 2020-21 Neshaminy High School Marching Band.
